   Sean P. Collins - Owner

Attorney Sean Collins is a Florida native - the state best known as the North of the South.  He moved to Georgia and attended Kennesaw State University where he graduated with his Bachelors in Mass Communications with a minor in Political Science.

While in attendance at KSU, Attorney Collins showed his compassion for his community and displayed his patriotism by speaking about The DREAM Act.  The DREAM Act (may otherwise be known as Development, Relief, and Education for Alien Minors Act) is an American legislative proposal for a process for granting residency status to qualifying immigrants who entered the United States as minors.

In addition to his community contributions, he used his talent in public speaking to enter and to go on and win a public speaking contest that was sponsored by CNN and hosted by his University.  He didn’t stop there.  He was also part of the inaugural KSU radio station, Owl Radio.  He hosted his own 2 hour sports show, “The Sports Factor”.

Thereafter, Attorney Collins went to Atlanta’s John Marshall Law where he started his law school career as a John E. Ryan scholarship participant.  He was also a moot court competitor, mock trial participant, a member of the mentor program used to mentor incoming law students, and the research assistant to the Dean of Academic Affairs.  He entered into the legal work field and went on to intern for a well-known defense attorney in Marietta, Georgia, following his passion and helping to defend the rights of the innocent.

Attorney Collins also has experience in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, worker’s compensation cases, wrongful death, and other personal injury matters.

After being barred, he began working for a prominent product liability firm in Buckhead and his work at the firm focused on large class actions and MDLs where he focused on defective products and the NFL related injuries and concussions.

Today, Attorney Collins continues his passion in defending the innocent and helping the injured.  He understands that each case and client are unique and present their own challenges.
